Milo came home looking like a show dog. The team was so gentle with him — he's usually anxious but seemed totally relaxed.

Luna's double coat is always a challenge but they handled it beautifully. No mats, no stress, and she smelled amazing.

Booked the Spa Day for Biscuit and it was worth every penny. He's a senior dog and they were incredibly patient with him.

GROOMING FAQ

How long does a grooming session take?

Sessions range from 1.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the service and your dog's size and coat type. We'll give you an estimated time at drop-off.

Do you use sedation or cages?

Never. We are a cage-free salon and do not use sedation. Every dog is groomed one at a time in a calm, unhurried environment.

What if my dog is anxious or has never been groomed before?

We take extra time with nervous or first-time dogs. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and make the experience as positive as possible.
