Staff are on site overnight, every night — your dog is never left alone. You'll receive daily photo and video updates so you can relax knowing exactly how they're doing.

What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay is two nights. There is no maximum; our Extended Stay package is designed for longer visits.

We assess temperament at the meet-and-greet. Dogs that are not suitable for group play are accommodated in individual sessions and never forced into group settings.

Yes. Puppies must have completed their full vaccination course. Senior dogs receive a quieter routine and are housed away from high-energy play areas.
